QA&EHS Management System Specialist

From now I will focus more on training and development for QA&EHS Management System. As an introduction I will introduce myself so that you know who I am and what I can do to help you to do better for your organization.

CAPABABILITIES

Capable to conduct training, consulting and auditing for Quality Management System (QMS) ISO9001, Environmental Management System (EMS) ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS18001 and MS1722, Responsible Care Management System RC14001 and Integrated Management System. I also conduct Standby Man Certification, Fire Watch Certification, Gas Testing Certification and Work Permit Issuer and Receiver Training and Safety Orientation Training.

EXPERIENCE

33 years overall working experience, 10 years in operations, 7 years in training and development and 16 years in management systems; development, consultation, training, auditing and implementation.  During this period gained very good experience as training instructor; public and in-house as associate trainer with SIRIM and other consultation organizations, consultation for development of management systems for certification, auditor for management systems, supplier audits and process safety audits and product stewardship.

Last employment was at Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company (A SABIC Affiliate) in Saudi Arabia as Senior SHE Specialist since September 2010, accountable for the implementation of Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality (EHSSQ) Management System. Nominated as EHSS Department Management Representative and a team member for development and implementation at Saudi Kayan Integration Management System (SKIMS) [ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001]. Coordinator and facilitator for development and implementation of Responsible Care Management System (RC14001). Lead auditors for SKIMS, SABIC Safety Health and Environment System (SHEMS) and Responsible Care Management System (RCMS).

While in Tioxide (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (A Huntsman Corporation group of companies) successfully lead and achieved certification with ISO9002 in 1993 and ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 and MS1722 in 2000, 2005 and 2006 respectively and Integrate the Management Systems; Environmental, Health, Safety and Quality in 2002.

QUALIFICATIONS

Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) - General and Strategic Management (2006) and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (1980)
